Every discrepancy named
Each exception carries a named issue: not_on_po, quantity_exceeds_po, price_variance, or quantity_exceeds_received — so a reviewer knows exactly what to check.
matched, plainly
matched is true only when nothing is off. False routes the invoice to a human before payment, with the reasons attached.
Stateless & standalone
The purchase order travels with the request — no registration step, nothing stored. One call, no setup, as many PO lines as the order has.
